Return instructions
TechStockhouse will provide return instructions and, where approved, a prepaid return label manually through ShipStation.
Inspection before refund
Refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected.
Return the same item
Returned parts should match the original product, labels, serials, accessories, and identifying marks when applicable.

If a part does not fit, share your order number, device model, MPN, and photos or labels where helpful.
