Availability and order acceptance
Orders depend on inventory availability, checkout completion, fraud screening, payment authorization, and fulfillment readiness. TechStockhouse may cancel or decline an order when needed.
Pricing, payment, and taxes
Prices, payment options, shipping charges, and taxes appear during checkout and may be corrected if an obvious error is identified before fulfillment.
Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping currently applies to eligible contiguous U.S. checkout addresses and is calculated at checkout from the cart subtotal and item type. Unsupported destinations may not show a shipping option.
Compatibility responsibility
Customers should confirm product compatibility using model numbers, manufacturer part numbers, labels, connector layout, and photos before purchase.
Condition and testing
Product condition and testing details are product-specific. Used, open-box, refurbished, or for-parts items may have different expectations.
Returns and refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Warranty limitations
Warranty coverage is product-specific and manufacturer coverage applies only when explicitly documented.
Prohibited use
Customers may not misuse the website, attempt fraud, interfere with security, or submit false order or return information.
Reasonable limitation
To the extent allowed by law, TechStockhouse is not responsible for indirect losses beyond the product, order, or service issue at hand.
